1. Information We Collect

  • Account & Identity: We collect your Name and Phone Number to create your account. If you choose to sign in via Google, we access your basic profile information (Name, Email) authorized by Google.
  • Location Data: We collect your precise location and delivery address to enable food delivery to your doorstep.
  • Device Information: We collect your Device ID and FCM Token. This is strictly technical data used to send you notifications about your order status and to ensure app security.

2. Contact List Access

Our app offers a feature that allows you to order food for your friends and family.

Disclosure: If you use the "Order for a Friend" feature, we may request access to your Contact List. This access is used solely to allow you to select a phone number from your contacts to facilitate delivery. We do not store your entire contact list on our servers, nor do we share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To create and manage your user account.
  • To process your orders and share delivery details with drivers.
  • To send administrative information, such as order confirmations and updates via FCM (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
  • To resolve disputes and provide customer support.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

Request Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your account and personal data. To do so, please contact our support team at the email provided below. We will process your request within the legally required timeframe.

5. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

6. Jurisdiction & Disputes

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Lower District Court.
